Hammarby defeated AIK 2-1 in the season's final Stockholmsderby, delaying Mjällby's title celebration. The match was marked by heated emotions with clashes both during and after play. John Guidetti, who came on as a substitute, was involved in a post-match incident and hinted it might have been his last derby.

Sunday's Stockholmsderby in the Allsvenskan ended with Hammarby beating AIK 2-1. Goals for the home team came from Nahir Besara and Montader Madjed, while Aron Csongvai pulled one back for AIK from a free kick. The win meant Mjällby could not celebrate the SM gold immediately and must wait for other results.

The match was full of tension. During play, Besara was fouled in the penalty area and clashed with AIK's Sotirios Papagiannopoulos. 'I get overrun from the side, out of nowhere. He could just have let me go and the ball would have gone past. I don't appreciate "Sotte" standing over me and yelling,' said Besara. Papagiannopoulos replied: 'I thought he dived to get a penalty, it was nothing special. We know each other from before, so it was calm.'

After the final whistle, a large brawl erupted among the players. AIK's John Guidetti, who substituted during the match, confronted Hammarby's Simon Strand after seeing a Bajen player joking with teammate Alexander Fesshaie. 'Then some player pushed me from the side. I did nothing, I was just talking. I was aggressive when I talked... but there was no contact,' explained Guidetti. Strand described it as: 'They were two against one and I thought I'd check the situation. Then John came running... It was just a little scuffle.' Guidetti was also upset with a home supporter who shouted inappropriate things and had to be held back by staff.

Guidetti, who may have played his last derby, held back tears: 'I won't start crying here. I'll do that at home later.'
