Ivory Coast names squad for 2026 world cup

Ivory Coast coach Emerse Faé has selected a 26-man squad for the 2026 World Cup that includes two former Hammarby players.

The squad announcement came on May 15 and features Atalanta defender Odilon Kossounou along with Hoffenheim forward Bazoumana Touré. Both players are reported to be targets for bigger clubs this summer. Other notable inclusions are Manchester United winger Amad Diallo, Crystal Palace striker Evann Guessand and Nottingham Forest midfielder Ibrahim Sangaré.
