John Travolta spilled the details on his beret choices during the Cannes Film Festival. The 72-year-old actor wanted to channel old-school directors while promoting his directorial debut.
John Travolta rocked three different berets over the weekend at Cannes as he celebrated his film Propeller One-Way Night Coach. Speaking to CNN he said he researched famous filmmakers and decided the look would help him remember the event clearly later on. He added that after 50 years in movies the hat would mark this moment as the one where he directed and won the Palme d'Or. The movie which stars his daughter Ella drops on Apple TV May 29. Travolta called the award his proudest achievement so far. So is this the start of a full directing era or just a stylish one-off?
