The Chief Electoral Officer said booth level officers will visit households to distribute forms to the state's 5,54,32,314 electors whose names appeared in the rolls as of June 16. Enumeration will run until July 29. Draft rolls are set for publication on August 5, with claims and objections accepted until September 4 and final rolls notified on October 7.

Shivakumar urged voters to verify their details and noted that one family member can submit forms for all. He said the government has arranged documents to help eligible citizens. State Home Minister Priyank Kharge said the Congress supports accurate rolls but has raised 12 unanswered questions with the Election Commission.
