Lawyer confirms Dado Dolabella's assaults on ex-girlfriend

Marcela Tomaszewski's lawyer confirmed that the model suffered physical and verbal assaults from ex-actor Dado Dolabella, who forced her to sign a statement denying the incident. The case surfaced after images and videos of bruises were shared by a friend of the victim. Marcela requested peace on social media and stated she would only speak through her legal team.

The assault case involving ex-actor Dado Dolabella and his ex-girlfriend, model Marcela Tomaszewski, gained attention over the October 25-26 weekend. Initially revealed by Metrópoles columnist Fábia Oliveira, the incident included a police report filed after neighbors called authorities during the couple's argument. According to the document, shared by journalist Matheus Baldi, Marcela was taken to the station but chose not to formalize the complaint, leading to both being released.

Strong images of bruises on Marcela's neck and hand were posted by a friend on social media, showing red marks and injuries. In an exposed video, the model displays the lesions while arguing with Dado in the background, who mocks the situation. The victim's friend also shared accounts confirming the physical and verbal assaults.

On the evening of October 25, the couple posted a joint video denying the accusations and stating their relationship was ongoing. However, the next night, Dado Dolabella issued a statement on behalf of Marcela on social media, claiming the video was shared 'without authorization and out of context,' describing it as an 'isolated moment from a discussion already overcome.' The note added: 'Both parties cooperated with the authorities and trust that the facts will be duly investigated in a fair, responsible, and transparent manner'.

Marcela's lawyer confirmed the assaults to Metrópoles and revealed that Dado coerced her into signing the denial statement. Later, on October 26, Marcela spoke on social media: 'I think there's no reason for me to come here and say anything more, I think I've already said too much.' She continued: 'I just wish for peace. I want peace,' thanking positive messages and ignoring the negative ones. Accounts from those close to her reaffirm the assaults, contrasting with the couple's version.
