LeBron James will not return to the Los Angeles Lakers, his agent Rich Paul confirmed. Prediction markets now favor a reunion with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Rich Paul stated that the superstar forward will move on from the Lakers this offseason. James has been linked to several teams, including the Golden State Warriors and Miami Heat.
Prediction markets on Kalshi show the Cleveland Cavaliers as the frontrunner at $0.47 per share. James was originally drafted by the Cavaliers and previously returned to the franchise after his time in Miami.
The Philadelphia 76ers are also considered after acquiring Jaylen Brown. Speculation about a potential Warriors move involving James, Steph Curry and Anthony Davis has cooled but remains possible.
