Nash Lim ranks fourth in 2026 Tour of Luzon

Nash Lim of MPT DriveHub finished fourth overall in the 2026 Tour of Luzon, emerging as the top Filipino rider in a race won by Russian Nikita Shulchenko.

The 14-stage Tour of Luzon concluded on May 13 in Baguio City with foreign riders taking the top three spots in the individual general classification. Nash Lim recorded a total time of 41 hours, 20 minutes, and 23 seconds, finishing 2 minutes and 28 seconds behind third-placed Syrian Ibrahim Alrefai.

Russian Nikita Shulchenko of LCW UAE Cycle won the overall title with a time of 41 hours, 11 minutes, and 10 seconds. French rider Antoine Huby of 7-Eleven Cliqq Roadbike Philippines took second place, 1 minute and 34 seconds behind the winner.

Lim, a 23-year-old from Caloocan, said after the race: “I’m really happy. I made sure to secure fourth in the GC to finish as the best Filipino.” He improved on his 15th-place result from the 2025 edition and aims to become champion in future editions.
