Netflix has added several actors to the cast of its reboot of the 2004 film 13 Going on 30. The new supporting players include Taylor Zakhar Perez, Owen Thiele, Nasim Pedrad and Supriya Ganesh. Production is underway in Los Angeles.
Emily Bader and Logan Lerman lead the cast. Additional cast members include Adeline Rudolph, Jessica Alba, Taylor Ortega, Tim Meadows and Dan Bucatinsky. Further additions are Myra Molloy, Charley McCain, Henry Samiri, Audrina Miranda and Kai Zen.
Brett Haley is directing from a script by Hannah Marks with revisions by Flora Greeson. Joe Roth and Jeff Kirschenbaum are producing for RK Films.
The original film starred Jennifer Garner as a 13-year-old who wakes up as a 30-year-old. It grossed roughly $96 million at the box office. Production on the reboot began last month.
No plot details have been released. It remains unconfirmed whether Garner and Judy Greer will appear.
