This decision addresses demands from the ARMY fandom on social media and intervention by the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco), which urged clear information on prices, fees, and sales conditions.

The concerts are part of the BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG', featuring 79 shows in 34 cities across Asia, Europe, North America, and Latin America. Ticketmaster does not set prices but publishes them as provided by the organizer.
