Rio to host ballet spectacle on Alzheimer's at Cia Dalal Achcar

Belgian choreographer Éric Frédéric presents a work inspired by his mother's Alzheimer's at Teatro TotalEnergies.

The Cia de Ballet Dalal Achcar celebrates five years with a triple bill that includes the spectacle by Éric Frédéric.

The performances take place on July 10, 11 and 12 at Teatro TotalEnergies.

The choreography reflects on memory, affection and care drawn from the real story of Florentine, the choreographer's mother who has lived in Rio since 2009.

The work joins the program alongside Macabéa and Tarde Azul.
