Actor Samuel Koch and his wife Sarah have become parents to a son born shortly before Christmas in Munich. The couple named the boy Romeo Casper and shared the joyful news via their media agency. They requested respect for the newborn's privacy.
Samuel Koch, known from the ARD series "Sturm der Liebe," has become a father for the first time. His wife Sarah gave birth to their son in Munich, as the couple announced via their media agency. The birth occurred shortly before the Christmas holidays, inspiring the parents in their choice of name.
"We are now officially Mom and Dad. The first role – without any casting – that doesn't fill us, but completely fills us already," wrote Sarah and Samuel Koch in their announcement. The "Bild" newspaper had previously reported on the birth.
The name Romeo Casper derives from Shakespeare's character Romeo, while Casper refers to one of the three wise men from the Christmas story. The couple, who met in 2016 on the set of "Sturm der Liebe" and have been married since, had publicly announced the pregnancy in November. "We would be pleased if the privacy of our sweet son is preserved," they added.
The news is supported by RND and dpa, highlighting the couple's joy during this special time.
