Twitch announces dual format streaming next month

Twitch has announced a new dual format streaming feature launching next month. The update will let creators broadcast in horizontal and vertical formats at the same time.

The feature was announced at TwitchCon Europe 2026. It aims to improve experiences for desktop and mobile viewers alike using Enhanced Broadcasting technology.
