Two boys sentenced for fireworks near horse farm

Mora District Court has sentenced two boys for violating the Public Order Act after they fired rockets near a horse farm in Furudal on New Year's Eve.

The incident took place between 31 December and 1 January in Rättvik Municipality. According to the ruling the boys used fireworks without a police permit.

The court assessed that the rockets posed a risk of harm to both animals and property.

The sentence was issued by Mora District Court.
