Visby/Roma is preparing for its first season in Hockeyallsvenskan with two new forward signings. Reports indicate agreements have been reached with veterans Joakim Thelin and Sebastian Fakt.
The club from Gotland has secured deals with the two players, both of whom recently played for Odense in Denmark. Thelin recorded 29 points in the past season while Fakt tallied 36 points.
Thelin, 33, brings experience from three SHL seasons with Oskarshamn along with time in Slovakia and Denmark. Fakt, 30, has prior Hockeyallsvenskan experience with BIK Karlskoga and Östersund.
According to the reports the transfers are expected to be formally announced in the coming days. The signings would add seasoned forwards with documented scoring ability to the roster.
