Hong Kong expands after-school care scheme to 10,500 places

Hong Kong’s School-based After School Care Service Scheme has grown rapidly after the quota cap was lifted, reaching 10,500 places for low-income families. Staffing shortages, however, prevent some eligible families from accessing the service.
