Police officer cleared after hitting dog – Marina Qvicker appeals

A police officer has been cleared of suspicions after hitting Marina Qvicker's dog during an exercise outside Älvdalen. The dog Play was struck twice, suffering tail injuries during January's winter driving exercises. Owner Marina Qvicker is appealing the decision.
