Koneru Humpy withdraws from FIDE Women's Candidates over safety concerns

Grandmaster Koneru Humpy has pulled out of the FIDE Women's Candidates tournament in Cyprus, citing safety worries amid Middle East tensions. FIDE confirmed GM Anna Muzychuk as her replacement for the event starting March 29 in Paphos. The winner will challenge reigning champion Ju Wenjun.
