Insomniac Games unveiled over seven minutes of gameplay for Marvel's Wolverine during a State of Play presentation on June 2. The footage highlights extreme violence and introduces Jean Grey as a supporting character. The single-player action game remains scheduled for release on September 15 exclusively for PlayStation 5.
Marvel's Wolverine will feature a more linear structure than the open-world Marvel's Spider-Man titles from the same studio. Developer Insomniac Games confirmed the change in a recent interview after the game's State of Play trailer.
