ABC unveils fall 2026 TV premiere schedule

ABC announced its fall 2026 premiere dates on Monday, becoming the fourth broadcast network to reveal its lineup. The schedule features returns for several popular series starting in mid-September.

ABC's entertainment slate begins Tuesday, September 15, with the season 35 premiere of "Dancing With the Stars" leading into the season 2 debut of "R.J. Decker." A second episode of "Dancing With the Stars" airs the following night on Wednesday, September 16.

The "Scrubs" revival returns for season 2 on Wednesday, September 30, with a two-episode premiere followed by back-to-back episodes of "Shark Tank" season 18. "Abbott Elementary" season 6 starts the next week on Wednesday, October 7.

The Thursday night lineup returns October 15 with season 10 of "9-1-1," season 2 of "9-1-1: Nashville," and season 23 of "Grey's Anatomy." Several other series, including "High Potential" and "The Rookie," are held for midseason.

New scripted series set for midseason include "The Rookie: North" and a Texas-set "Grey's Anatomy" spin-off.
