Among the highlighted achievements, 68% of the bank's suppliers come from the Caribbean region and 30% are national, strengthening the local and national economy. In terms of diversity and inclusion, 67% of collaborators and 56% of clients are women, reflecting equity policies and female leadership.
Responsible energy management has achieved a 7% reduction in consumption compared to the previous year through efficient practices. Additionally, the “Reciclar para Dar” program recycled over 2,200 kilos of reusable waste, directing resources to foundations supporting students with visual disabilities and organizing corporate volunteering sessions.
In financial inclusion, 49% of clients are independent persons, served with products and services designed specifically for this segment.
“Beyond a recognition, this seal reaffirms a way of doing banking based on ethics, trust, and responsibility, aligned with the commitment we have assumed as an organization: to build the future we want to be, where every decision seeks to generate value, protect the future of our clients, and contribute to a more sustainable society,” stated Gian Piero Celia, president of Banco Serfinanza.
