Bromma Hus receives 45 alarms in one year

A hostel in Bromma has received 45 police alarms in one year, according to police. The address is known for fights, drunkenness, threats and narcotics.

Police describe the address as unique. "It really stands out. They gather vulnerable people from all over Stockholm in one place", a spokesperson said.

During the year the alarms have involved deaths, flying knives and demented people on the run. "Very many reports from there", police noted.

A resident named Lena ended up at the hostel after being abused by her then partner. The home is described as broken, dirty and unsafe.
