Désiré Doué teams with Nike on limited sneaker

French footballer Désiré Doué has partnered with Nike to launch a limited-edition Nike Atelier sneaker. The off-field model draws from classic Nike designs and goes on pre-order today in Paris.

The shoe features a black leather upper inspired by the 1990s Nike Mercurial and a Pegasus-style midsole with vibrant blue Air cushioning. It offers an off-field style based on the iconic football boot worn by Brazilian legend Ronaldo Fenômeno.

Nike announced the collaboration after a June preview. The brand described the Nike Atelier line as a platform for custom designs aimed at athletes during key off-field moments.

Chief Design Officer Martin Lotti said the project applies an athlete-driven mindset to moments where identity and culture matter. An exclusive in-store pre-order begins today at Dover Street Market Paris, with wider availability at select retailers this summer.

The release may include apparel, though Nike has not released further details on additional items.
