Elon University's women's track and field team secured the 2026 CAA Indoor Track & Field Championship title with 135 points, marking their second indoor victory in four years. The 2026 CAA Indoor Track & Field Championships took place in Boston, Massachusetts, where Elon University's women's team emerged as champions. They amassed 135 points, edging out Hampton with 121.5 points, North Carolina A&T with 93 points, Towson with 92 points, and Northeastern with 88 points. Other teams included William & Mary with 43 points, Monmouth with 31.5 points, Stony Brook with 31 points, College of Charleston with 29 points, UNCW with 24 points, Campbell with 6 points, and Hofstra with 5 points.
Abby Beville won the mile in 4:46.96, with Julia Bell placing second at 4:47.38, Sarah Petitjean fourth at 4:49.68, and Quinn Smith sixth at 4:54.60. Adriana Clarke claimed the weight throw title with a mark of 20.04 meters, while Isabella Johnson took second at 19.44 meters. In the 5000 meters, Katie Blount finished second in 16:53.97, followed by Jasmine Young fifth in 17:13.16 and Hannah Weber sixth in 17:13.37.
Elon's relay teams performed strongly, with the 4x800 meter relay team of Julia Bell, Quinn Smith, Jenna Gilman, and Abby Beville placing third in 9:01.19. The distance medley relay team of Alicen Ashley, Mary Sollars, Grace Lavelle, and Sarah Petitjean came third in 11:48.06.
On the men's side, Stony Brook University medaled in three events. Henry Gartner earned silver in the 3000 meters with a personal record of 8:10.08 and added fourth place in the 5000 meters at 14:36.78. Caleb Gartner secured bronze in the mile with 4:09.03. The 4x800 meter relay team of Caleb Gartner, Andres Acosta Mondriguez, Walesky Nowak, and Jaden Medrano won bronze in 7:35.33, setting a program record. The 4x400 meter relay team finished fourth in 3:21.77, while Peter Fogarty placed fourth in the 5000 meters at 14:31.89.
