Former UFC fighter Trey Waters signs with PFL

Trey Waters, a veteran of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, has signed with the Professional Fighters League. He is scheduled to make his PFL debut on Aug. 7 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The welterweight is set to face Trukon Carson in the SmartCage as part of one of the promotion's Summer Series events. Sources confirmed the agreement between Waters and the PFL.
