Joe McCann has finally spilled the tea after Tanzanian police wrapped their probe into Ashlee Jenae’s death. The influencer, whose real name was Ashly Robinson, was found hanging in a wardrobe at a Zanzibar resort back in April while celebrating her 31st birthday with Joe. Authorities concluded it was suicide due to mental distress and cleared Joe of any involvement on June 4. He posted a statement quoting a Swahili proverb and saying the ruling “does not lessen the tragedy” of losing his soulmate. Joe thanked officials for their “professional, sensitive, and thorough investigation” while admitting the pain “will never go away.” His lawyer called the outcome exonerating, though Ashlee’s family had publicly doubted the suicide ruling earlier.
