Chilean journalist Julio César Rodríguez has been confirmed as Mega's new hire, taking on on-screen and executive roles. He leaves CHV to return to the network where he started part of his career. The move includes creative direction for multi-platform projects.
Julio César Rodríguez, prominent Chilean journalist and TV host, joins Megamedia as a program host and Creative Director for various multi-platform projects. This dual role positions him strategically at the private network, akin to his programming director position at CHV.
He left CHV in March after leading shows like Contigo en la Mañana and Gran Hermano. His departure from that channel ushers in a new phase at Mega, where he returns following stints on Mucho Gusto and Mira Quién Habla.
Mega emphasized his background: “He returns to our signal, after having been part of Mucho Gusto and Mira Quién Habla. In addition, over his more than 25 years of career, he brings extensive experience in radio and digital content.”
With over two decades in media, Rodríguez brings expertise in TV, radio, and digital formats, bolstering the Chilean station's lineup.
