Las Ceibas Empresas Públicas de Neiva reached 89 points in the 2025 Institutional Performance Index from Función Pública. The score places the company among the top ten public utility firms in Colombia. It reflects the implementation of the Integrated Planning and Management Model.
The company shares the recognition with entities from Bogotá, Medellín, Cali and other cities. The achievement rests on financial sanitation, debt reduction and an increase in own resources for investment, exceeding 60 percent in infrastructure projects.
Andrés Eduardo Charry Guilombo, general manager, stated that the score consolidates the entity at an outstanding national level. He highlighted the use of technology to improve user service and technical planning that eliminates improvisation.
The result also includes staff training and strategies to reduce litigation. Las Ceibas EPN transfers surpluses to the municipality of Neiva for social projects.
