Man charged in fatal shooting of noisy neighbor

A Milwaukee resident shot and killed his upstairs neighbor after complaining about noise and vowing to resolve the issue himself, police said. The incident left the victim's teenage son as a witness.

Joshua Jordan, 32, faces charges of first-degree intentional homicide and other counts in the death of 42-year-old Gregory McElwee Jr. The shooting took place Wednesday at an apartment complex on North 94th Street.
