Nike sets patent denim Air Force 1 release date

Nike will release a new Air Force 1 Low sneaker with a patent denim finish. The shoes are set to go on sale through a Japanese retailer later this month.

The Air Force 1 Low Patent Denim features a glossy patent finish over a denim print. It includes matching blue shoelaces, golden stitching and extra-thick Air soles.

The sneakers are scheduled to drop on June 30 via the atmos Tokyo website. They will retail for ¥19,800, or about $122 at current exchange rates.

Nike has released other denim-themed sneakers in the past, including versions on the Air Max 95 and previous Air Force 1 models. This pair stands out for its patent leather effect on the denim design.
