Linda Creed and Rick Rubin will get Musical Excellence awards, while Ed Sullivan receives the Ahmet Ertegun Award. David Gottlieb, manager of the Luther Vandross Estate, said the family was 'over the moon' and that recent tributes had reawakened interest in Vandross's music about love.
