Rögle BK, trailing 0-2 in the SHL final series against Skellefteå after losses in games one and two, trained Monday ahead of game three. Coach Dan Tangnes provided updates: Linus Sandin (previously absent for family reasons) is back and targeting a return, while Daniel Zaar (injured in game two) and Dennis Everberg (upper-body injury from earlier) did off-ice work; Fredrik Olofsson missed for his partner's labor.
Rögle BK held training at their Ängelholm arena on Monday before game three of the SHL finals, set to be played Tuesday at home. Down 0-2 to Skellefteå following a 1-4 loss in game one and another defeat in game two, coach Dan Tangnes met with the team, emphasizing a strong home showing. Daniel Zaar, who left Saturday's game two injured, and Dennis Everberg— sidelined earlier by an upper-body injury—skipped on-ice sessions but trained off-ice. 'They are here in the arena. Both have trained outside the ice today, so we'll see what the medical team says about them. They are at least on their feet and preparing for play,' Tangnes said per HD. Linus Sandin, absent before game two for family reasons, rejoined practice. 'The ambition is for him to feature on Tuesday,' Tangnes added. Fredrik Olofsson was absent as his partner went into labor Sunday. 'I only know they went in [to the hospital] on Sunday, then we haven't had more contact. But the ambition is for him to be there too,' Tangnes noted.
