RPCS3 team urges users to stop AI slop code submissions

Developers of the RPCS3 PlayStation 3 emulator have publicly asked contributors to halt submissions of artificial intelligence generated code to their GitHub repository.

The RPCS3 team posted the request on X on May 9, 2026. They stated they would begin banning users who submit such code without disclosure. The message directed people toward online resources for learning proper debugging and coding skills instead of relying on AI outputs that do not function correctly.
