Samira Sagr claimed the leadership in BBB 26 on Thursday, 26, by scoring the highest points in the second phase of the Leader Proof, ending Jonas Sulzbach's streak of three consecutive wins. This week features a fake paredão, sending one nominee to a secret room. The new leader nominated Milena, Ana Paula, Juliano, and Breno for the VIP.
The Leader Proof in BBB 26 consisted of two phases. In the first, held in the afternoon, participants competed in duels to advance. Each pair launched balls down a slide onto a roulette with scores from 0 to 50 points. Correctly answering a question on the screen earned an extra ball.
The duels were: Ana Paula Renault vs. Solange Couto, with Solange advancing at 70 points (Ana Paula at 60); Jordana vs. Samira Sagr, who won with 125 points; Gabi vs. Milena, tied at 60, but Milena advanced in the tiebreaker with 50 points; Breno vs. Marciele, Breno with 65 (Marciele 55); Alberto Cowboy vs. Babu, Babu with 35 (Cowboy 15); Juliano Floss vs. Jonas Sulzbach, Jonas with 110 (Juliano 75); and Chaiany vs. Boneco, Boneco with 60 (Chaiany 50).
Advancing to the second phase: Solange Couto, Samira Sagr, Milena, Breno, Babu, Jonas Sulzbach, and Boneco. In the final stage, at night, Samira scored 120 points, the highest, securing the leadership.
Jonas, who led the previous three weeks, had his last leadership rated 'Nota Dó', one of the lowest. After nominating Milena to the paredão (who returned) and seeing ally Maxiane eliminated, he reacted seriously and sadly: 'That's it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.'
Host Tadeu Schmidt announced that this week's paredão is fake: the public votes to send one of three to the Secret Room, from where they can eavesdrop on conversations and return immune. In the VIP, Samira chose Milena, Ana Paula, Juliano, and Breno.
