Netflix has announced the first physical media release of the complete Stranger Things series. The box set, covering seasons one to five, will be available in special and deluxe editions starting late July. It is produced in collaboration with Arrow Films.
Netflix is releasing the full collection of Stranger Things on physical media for the first time. The box set, titled Stranger Things: The Complete Series, includes all episodes from seasons one to five on Blu-ray and 4K UHD. It will be available through major retailers worldwide, with special and deluxe editions launching on July 27 in the UK and July 28 in the US and Canada. Stranger Things, which premiered in 2016, is a Stephen King-inspired series set in 1980s Hawkins, Indiana. It follows children searching for a missing friend, uncovering government conspiracies, supernatural threats, and Eleven, a girl with special powers played by Millie Bobby Brown. Created by The Duffer Brothers, the show won 10 Emmys and became a cultural phenomenon. The series concluded on New Year’s Eve, with an animated spin-off, Stranger Things: Tales From ‘85, set for April.
