The 250-kilogram unexploded ordnance prompted an evacuation within a 450-meter radius, affecting up to 370 people, including residents, a hotel, and a gas station. Twenty-five people and two dogs received care at a nearby cultural and congress hall, facilitated by a city-organized shuttle bus.
