In a tense confrontation on General Hospital, Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), posing as Lulu Spencer's late partner Nathan West, confessed his love for her to his sister Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Following his identity reveal to Jenz Sidwell, Cassius vowed to maintain his deception to stay with Lulu and close to Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and nephew James West (Gary James Fuller), despite Britt's warnings to end it.
