Ibrahim Reda, a top student in his second year of secondary school, was stabbed in his left arm and back while trying to intervene in a fight between a landlord and his classmate in the Kaabish area of Faisal in Giza. The incident occurred as he waited outside for a math tutoring session, stemming from an old dispute with a Sudanese woman living in the opposite building. His mother confirmed that her son had no prior involvement in any troubles.
