Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang opened the scoring in the 13th minute, followed by Igor Paixão shortly after halftime, with Hamed Junior Traoré sealing the victory late on. FC Metz, bottom of the table with 15 points, pulled one back through Giorgi Tsitaishvili in the 51st minute.
