Suzuki hosts V-Strom SX experience day in Vadodara

Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. organised a V-Strom SX Experience Day in Vadodara, Gujarat, attracting nearly 300 enthusiasts. The event featured a custom urban enduro track to demonstrate the motorcycle's capabilities on varied terrains. Participants engaged with experts and received special offers.

Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the two-wheeler arm of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, held the V-Strom SX Experience Day at Mehsana Nagar Garba Ground in Nizampura, Vadodara. The one-day gathering drew close to 300 motorcycle riders, providing hands-on trials of the V-Strom SX on a track mimicking urban enduro conditions, including unpaved roads and diverse terrains.

The setup included challenge sections such as a rumble strip, tyre pit, drum pit, gravel pro zone, and sand pit. These elements highlighted the bike's handling, stability, suspension, and low-speed control on uneven surfaces. Riders also interacted with V-Strom SX owners and experts, gaining insights into touring and real-world performance.

Mr. Deepak Mutreja, Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at Suzuki Motorcycle India, commented: “The V-Strom Experience Day allows us to create a more meaningful connection with our customers. Many riders want to understand how the V-Strom SX performs beyond city roads, and this platform gives them firsthand exposure to its crossover DNA. We are delighted with the enthusiastic response in Vadodara and look forward to engaging with more customers across India.”

One participant, a cruise biker new to adventure motorcycles, shared: “I am a cruise biker, and I rode the V-Strom SX, an adventure motorcycle, for the first time. The motorcycle impressed me with its smooth gear shifting, soft suspension, and strong pick-up. It is one of the best options in the 250cc segment and is offered at a very reasonable price. It is an ideal motorcycle for beginners who want to enter the adventure motorcycling category.”

The event is part of SMIPL's nationwide initiative to showcase the V-Strom SX's adventure-tourer features. Attendees received giveaways and on-site booking incentives. The motorcycle is available at authorised Suzuki dealerships and through the Canteen Stores Department, with options for complimentary insurance and an extended warranty up to eight years, valued at INR 8,000.

SMIPL has also run V-Strom Expeditions in Ladakh, with another planned soon. Further Experience Days are set for other Indian cities to promote the model's versatility.
