The iconic 106.7m (350ft) sailing yacht Black Pearl has unveiled its first complete walkthrough video, offering a detailed look at its advanced features, expansive decks, and luxurious interiors. Released by charter firm IYC and guided by Captain Chris Gartner, the 30-minute tour highlights the Oceanco-built vessel's DynaRig system, sustainable tech, and charter-ready amenities, now available from $850,000 per week.

Delivered by Dutch shipyard Oceanco in 2018, the multi-award-winning Black Pearl is one of the world's largest and most technologically advanced sailing yachts. It features three DynaRig carbon masts nearly 70m (230ft) tall that deploy over 930sqm (10,000sqft) of sail area in under eight minutes, harvesting up to 138kW of kinetic energy at 14 knots to charge batteries and minimize diesel use for efficient voyages.

The new walkthrough video, published March 11, 2026, and highlighted by Forbes after contributor Bill Springer's tour in Cannes, provides a rare onboard exploration. Decks include vast lounging and dining areas, sunpads, a main aft deck pool (with raisable floor for a kiddy pool), upper deck Jacuzzi, convertible foredeck sunset lounge, full-beam beach club, and the largest outdoor cinema screen on a yacht (14m x 9m on the mizzen mast). The yacht carries an extensive toy inventory: Jet Skis, wakeboards, waterskis, wakesurf boards, Seabobs, paddleboards, kayaks, towable inflatables, snorkeling gear, plus tenders like a 10.4m Pascoe limousine.

Nuvolari Lenard-designed interiors blend Louis XVI elegance with modern luxury, featuring a main salon with formal 18-seat dining and terraces, gold furniture, Napoleon's piano, artwork, dedicated nightclub/dancefloor, private cinema, gym, sauna, hammam, wellness spaces, skylight office, and full-beam primary suite with gold-clad his-and-hers bathroom. It accommodates 12 guests in seven staterooms (master, two VIPs, double, convertible twin) served by 27 crew.

Since debuting on the charter market at the 2024 Antigua Charter Yacht Show and turning heads at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival, Black Pearl has been a standout. It is scheduled for the St Barths Bucket Regatta. Charters start at $850,000 per week (plus expenses), with summer in the Mediterranean (French Riviera, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Balearics) and winter in Bermuda/Caribbean (Antigua, Bahamas, St Martin, St Barts). Available via IYC.
