Rajat Khurana, managing director at Asics India, stated in an interview, "I aim to be number one in premium athletic footwear in the next three years." The company currently holds the third position in India's high-end running shoe segment and plans to surpass entrenched competitors such as Nike and Adidas to claim the top spot by 2029.
