Tiffany Stratton misses heel role from WWE NXT

WWE wrestler Tiffany Stratton has shared what she misses most about her time in NXT following her main roster debut. In a recent interview, she expressed a longing for her heel character and the freedom it allowed. She now performs as a babyface on SmackDown.

Tiffany Stratton debuted on the WWE main roster at the 2024 Royal Rumble Premium Live Event and has since been part of the SmackDown roster. Prior to her call-up, she was known for her heel persona in NXT, which she recently reflected on in an interview with No Contest Wrestling.

Stratton stated, “That’s a really good question. I do miss how my character was down in NXT. I do miss being a heel. I love being a heel and wrestling as the heel. It’s like right now I wrestle as a baby face. I love to just be free. Like as a heel, I feel more like I can be free and just kind of be like full Tiffy. Whereas like kind of right now I reel it back just cause- so I do miss wrestling as a heel doing backstages and promos as a heel. So I would say like, that’s the biggest thing that I missed on an NXT.”

She highlighted the contrast between her current babyface role, where she feels the need to restrain her personality, and the heel character that let her express herself fully. In the same interview, Stratton also mentioned feeling ‘kind of stale’ in her character work, indicating some dissatisfaction with her ongoing portrayal on the main roster.

This reflection comes as Stratton continues to compete on SmackDown, where her transition from NXT has shifted her on-screen dynamics.
