BOAT International launches superyacht ownership event in Palm Beach

BOAT International Media has announced a new invitation-only event focused on superyacht ownership, set for Palm Beach on March 24, 2026. The event, in association with Amels, aims to guide first-time buyers and existing owners through the acquisition and management process. It features expert presentations and networking opportunities at no cost to vetted attendees.

BOAT International Media, a global authority in superyachting, has launched Introduction to Superyacht Ownership, an inaugural event designed for qualified first-time buyers and existing owners considering larger vessels. Held in association with Amels, the invitation-only gathering will occur at a central Palm Beach venue on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, from 14:00 to 18:15.

The program begins with a presentation on the current state of the superyacht market by Stewart Campbell, BOAT International’s managing director. This will be followed by expert-led discussion panels covering new build, yacht management, brokerage, and ownership. The event concludes with a drinks reception to facilitate networking among industry leaders and prospective owners.

"Superyacht ownership is one of the most rewarding yet complex decisions someone can make, and we recognised a need for trusted, expert guidance at the very beginning of that journey," said Campbell. “Introduction to Superyacht Ownership brings together the industry's leading voices to demystify the process and empower prospective owners with the knowledge and connections they need to make informed decisions with confidence.”

Sarah Flavell, marketing manager at Amels, added: “We are absolutely delighted to be on board with Introduction to Superyacht Ownership 2026. This event perfectly aligns with our mission to inspire and guide the next generation of yacht owners, and we look forward to sharing our passion for craftsmanship, innovation and timeless design with attendees.”

Participation is free for selected attendees, who will be vetted by BOAT International. Applications are open to first-time buyers, owners' representatives, and family offices.
