The investments will accelerate Kenya's digital transformation and create opportunities for youth and businesses. Ruto spoke after talks with European Commission Executive Vice-President Henna Virkkunen. Officials also reviewed progress under the EU-Kenya Economic Partnership Agreement. Under the deal, Kenya's exports to the EU have grown by more than 20 per cent since it entered into force.
