Drone spraying costs KSh 1,000 per acre, expert says

An expert has stated that drone spraying on farms costs KSh 1,000 per acre and takes seven minutes.

The service allows a five-acre farm to be sprayed in about 45 minutes at a total cost of KSh 5,000.

This compares to traditional knapsack methods, which can take several hours for the same area.
