A 15-year-old boy has been sentenced to one year and nine months of closed youth care for shooting at an apartment in Brickebacken, Örebro, on July 12, 2025. Five other people are sentenced for aiding in various ways, including an 18-year-old who receives ten years in prison for planning. Three people were inside the apartment at the time.
At 23:32 on July 12, 2025, calls came in to police about a shooting in Brickebacken, Örebro. Several shots were fired directly into an apartment where three people were present.
Six people have now been sentenced for involvement in the attempted murders. The 15-year-old boy who held the weapon is sentenced for attempted murder and endangering others to one year and nine months of closed youth care.
An 18-year-old is sentenced to ten years in prison for aiding attempted murder and involving a minor in criminal activity. Another person receives six years in prison for the same offense. The other three are sentenced to six years in prison, one year and ten months in prison, and two years of closed youth care.
