The woman suing streamer Clavicular for sexual battery is pushing in court to access his streaming deal with Kick. Court docs show she's still waiting on the contract details.
Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza claims Clavicular plied her with alcohol, had sex with her while she was a minor, and injected her face with non-FDA-approved Aqualyx on his livestream without a medical license.
She says she has witnesses and describes him as an adult with over one million followers who targeted a vulnerable minor from a troubled background. Clavicular's lawyer Steve Kramer told TMZ the claims are allegations only and remain unproven.
Kramer added that Clavicular denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events, planning to respond through legal channels and defend vigorously. It will be interesting to see if she gets the contract details.
Stay tuned.
