Radio host Big Tigger was taken into custody Saturday after his wife Alicia Brown alleged a physical altercation at their Sandy Springs home back in May. He posted $10,000 bond and was released. The cruelty to children charge involves their 13-year-old son overhearing the dispute.
According to the arrest affidavit, the May argument started over text messages Tigger allegedly sent a female co-worker. Brown told investigators Tigger yelled, recorded her, and a struggle followed when she tried to grab the phone.
She reported a minor lip bruise and later a cut above her left eye after being shoved into a door. The home's Ring system captured the incident, and Brown sought treatment at urgent care before heading to Grady Memorial Hospital.
Police noted Brown was initially reluctant to cooperate, fearing Tigger's celebrity status. The couple's son was home and heard the confrontation. Tigger has not publicly addressed the specific allegations.
So… is this just another messy chapter, or the start of something bigger?
