The China-ASEAN Business and Trade Information Platform was officially launched on Tuesday in Nanning, Guangxi, to provide one-stop information services for economic and trade cooperation.
The platform, built and operated by China News Service, aims to serve ASEAN trade agencies, industry associations, overseas Chinese communities and cross-border enterprises.
It has established a trade information network covering policy explanations, market conditions, investment promotion and business cooperation.
Consular officials from ASEAN countries including Cambodia, Myanmar and Vietnam said they hope it will enhance connectivity and people-to-people ties, especially after the signing of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area 3.0 Upgrade Protocol.
China News Service will leverage its strengths to turn the platform into an influential channel that promotes information sharing and facilitates trade and exchanges.
