CHIO Aachen runs from 22 to 24 May 2026. The event has been moved earlier in the calendar because Aachen will host the FEI World Championships later this summer. Organizers have limited the program to showjumping disciplines instead of the usual mix that includes eventing, dressage, driving and vaulting.
The cross-country course for the World Championships at Aachen is set to challenge riders on 15 August. Course designer Giuseppe della Chiesa outlined key features including 42 jumping efforts and an optimum time of around 10 minutes.
